Psychotherapy offers up the opportunity to discuss whatever issues or difficulties you are experiencing in a private, confidential setting with a trained professional. In working with someone who will listen and ask questions in an empathic, non-judgmental and enquiring manner, therapy can help you with initial strategies to manage and navigate current difficulties and also to work on resolving the underlying patterns and beliefs that are often barriers to experiencing greater levels of choice and freedom in our lives.
I work with clients on a broad range of issues including, but not limited to:
I hold an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling in addition to a Diploma in Art Therapy and have studied at some of the UK’s leading training institutes for psychotherapy.
Prior to working in private practice I worked in the NHS, in a specialist bereavement service and for other charity organisations such as MIND.
